10. The tutor shall evaluate the trainee at the end of each training period term and give the trainee an evaluation in writing, with reasons provided, no later than 10 days following the end of the training period term.
The trainee must, within 5 days following receipt of the evaluation, date and countersign it and send it to the secretary of the Order.
